I really have no idea where to begin when it comes to Libby. As someone who previously worked in the wedding industry, I've known Libby for a few years, and knew I wanted her to be with me on my Big Day. I'm a list-maker and very detail-oriented, so I knew I didn't want "just another vendor", but someone who would be a friend and like part of the family to be with me more than anyone else would be on my Wedding Day! When my now-husband and I got engaged, we setup a 'consultation', and left from that night all feeling like great friends.
We hired Libby as quickly as possible and built a custom package that let us have what we wanted and needed for coverage at the Wedding, number of hours, prints, etc. Leading up to the Wedding, Libby was amazing at communication and staying in touch regarding our engagement session, my bridal portraits, and everything in between. For our engagement session, she took my crazy ideas and ran with them, and then did the same when it came time for my bridal portraits - we ended up taking the MOST beautiful of my portraits in a muddy SOYBEAN FIELD! Absolutely incredible wedding photographer
We absolutely love our engagement and wedding photos. We had two weddings (Hindu and Christian), and Libby captured it all (and then some, because we had some pre ceremony rituals like henna). Libby excelled at capturing the rich colors of our Hindu wedding, as well as the subtler colors of our Christian wedding. (Highly recommend Libby for Indian weddings - since there aren’t many photographers who have the experience to do them!) She also photographed in a way that we didn’t really notice we were being photographed - we were just getting married and celebrating with our friends and family. There’s no better example than the reception, she was able to take great photos of us and our guests dancing, but we didn’t even notice she was doing it—they were true candids. She was also very good at improvising - when our plan to take photos in a rose garden got rained out, she did a great job quickly brainstorming an alternate location and taking wonderful photos there. Her photos clearly show her impeccable attention to detail, for all the little moments and little things that make weddings so special.

Best Wedding Photographer You Could Ask For
I've known Libby for a while now. I discovered her when my friend got married almost 9 years ago. Once I saw Libby's photographs, I knew she was the one I wanted for my own wedding. For over 8 years we followed each other on social media and I saw her photograph at least 10 weddings of people I knew and were friends with. So when I finally got engaged last January, the first vendor I contacted was Libby. We didn't even have a day set yet, but I wanted to make sure she was free on whatever day we chose. She did our engagement pictures as well, and they turned out beautifully. Libby has this grace about her- she makes everyone feel comfortable because let's be honest, having professional pictures taken can feel awkward. But Libby made it fun and enjoyable, and on my wedding day, she was quick and efficient. She sent me the highlight reel the NEXT day after our wedding, so we were able to look through our pictures during our honeymoon. I still cry when I look through the highlight reel because she captured my heart and the things I love perfectly. I cannot wait to have the rest of my pictures from that day. I would recommend her over and over; she is a perfect 10/10!

Libby is awesome!
With the many changes we had to make, she was so supportive, understanding, patient and flexible. She is so much fun to get to know, and we enjoyed having her be a part of our day. She captured all the emotion of our day with so much ease. She truly has a passion for photography and capturing all the natural and candid moments. :) When we got our pictures back (so quick!), we were blown away and so emotional. They are all so beautiful. We are so happy. We will forever treasure the memories of our day and the photos she took. We will definitely call Libby for our future photo shoots!

I almost have no words.
We had to select a Photographer to bring to our Destination Wedding in Jamaica. My husband-to-be is not a fan of pictures, so personality was my #1 priority. I needed someone who we both liked and could get him comfortable in front of a camera. Boy, did Libby deliver!! Having Libby there was like having another family member at our Wedding. Everyone loved her and some of them still communicate with her through social media on a regular basis!! Now, let's talk photos... My Wedding pictures are phenomenal. The Ceremony was a challenging location on a pier in a covered chapel. It was windy and about to rain, but Libby killed it. The photos are gorgeous! She even caught a great shot of us running through the rain during our Recessional. After the rain let up, she took us outside for some AMAZING sunset photos. Our Reception got moved into a pretty ugly yellow Ballroom, but I still love all the pictures from it. Magical Libby strikes again! The next day, we went out for an extra shoot in our Wedding outfits. Libby brought a special camera to get into the water with us. She was such a trooper and they were HANDS DOWN my favorite pictures from the trip. She had a handful of pictures to us almost immediately. With the week, we had a preview of over 100 images to share. This was so important to us, because many of our family and friends could not attend. We have ordered tons of prints and she helped us select some large canvases for our new house. She delivered our photos in a beautiful wooden box with our names engraved and the most beautiful USB drive. I'm so happy we picked Libby to be our Photographer, but even happier that we gained a forever-friend!
